Most of our clients live in other countries. Their property and companies in Montenegro are in our hands.
We visit the sites, collect documents, and meet notaries, advocates, engineers and tenants. Everything we do shows up in the owner portal straight away.
We are not a developer and not a contractor, so we look at every decision from the owner's side.
What we do
Finding and checking
We look for land and buildings to fit the brief. Before you buy we find out what may be built on the plot, who owns it according to the cadastre, and whether there are debts.
Transactions and companies
Contracts and changes to the articles of association are drafted by the advocates we work with. We collect the documents, agree everything with the owner and see the matter through to registration in the CRPS.
Construction
Construction is led by licensed engineers. We are on the owner's side: we keep track of the budget, the schedule and the paperwork up to the occupancy permit, and tell the owner about every change.
Rentals
Categorisation of apartments, day-to-day operation, staff and utilities. This part can be handed to us on its own.
Sales
For sales we bring in our own projects, Sold By Agency and Invest Property.
Owner portal
Every client gets access to their own matters: documents, deadlines, hearings and leases in one place, from any country. There is no need to call and ask how things are going.
